Your ALTM Appointment Diary
| ALTM provides VIP Buyers and exhibitors with the opportunity to confirm a maximum of 60 Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) across 3 days of the event. These PSAs are supplemented by up to 9 Online Diary appointments which rely on exhibitors and VIP Buyers contacting one another and accepting meeting requests.

The Pre-Scheduled Appointment Process
Step 1 - Acquiring Information
VIP Buyers receive their password to access their personalised zone and upon successful application, register their details. The information they provide is made available for exhibitors to view.
At the same time exhibitors receive their password to access their personalised zone and register their company details. If their registration is successful the information provided is made available for VIP Buyers to view.
Step 2 – Selection Process
VIP Buyers are asked to select and rank up to 60 preferred luxury travel suppliers with whom they wish to schedule meetings with. This is done via their personalised zone and they are able to search for and select suppliers by inputting the search criteria which is relevant to them.
Exhibitors are asked to do the same and rank up to 60 luxury travel buyers with whom they wish to meet and do business.
Step 3 – The Matching Process
ALTM schedules the appointments based on the VIP Buyer and Exhibitor preference selections. Appointments are made in the following order:
- Mutual request by VIP Buyer and Exhibitor
- VIP Buyers’ Preferences
- Exhibitors’ Preferences
VIP Buyers and exhibitors receive notification to view their diary of Pre-Scheduled Appointments online.
