Buyer Qualification

An invitation to join the ALTM VIP Buyer programme introduces you to an exclusive world. A world that’s open only to the finest and purest of luxury travel buyers.

To be considered as a VIP Buyer, you must:

- Operate on an outbound basis
- Tailor make global luxury travel programmes or experiences from within the Asia Pacific region covering: Northern Asia, Central Asia, Southern Asia, Russia/CIS (East of Ural Mountains) Australasia/Pacific Islands, and Indian Ocean Islands
- Show evidence of past and future business placed in luxury travel
- Be an established player in the market place

- Demonstrate that you regularly operate with suppliers of luxury travel products and services
- Be a senior decision maker with the authority to procure luxury travel products and services

VIP Buyers

All VIP Buyers at ALTM must meet the strict buyer qualification criteria and will be obliged to participate in the Pre-Scheduled Appointment programme as outlined in our terms and conditions.

ALTM will offer you:
- A diary of up to 60 Pre-Scheduled Appointments with the exhibitors you have expressed an interest in
- Access to the Online Diary facility to supplement your PSA meetings with up to 9 appointments
- Entry to official ALTM parties and drink receptions

Executive Buyers

The Executive Buyer has the flexibility of visiting ALTM without the obligation to undertake a number of pre-scheduled appointment meetings. Executive Buyers still have to meet the VIP Buyer qualification criteria. All Executive Buyers will be charged €500

The cost of €500 will offer you:
- Access to the Online Diary facility
- Entry to the ALTM Welcome & Opening Session on Monday 14th June
- Entry to official ALTM parties and drinks receptions
