Admission Policy

Only pre-registered associates of Asia Luxury Travel Market (ALTM) will be permitted to attend the event in 2009. Only Hosted buyers qualified and registered in advance, exhibitor badge holders and qualified and accredited media, will be able to attend Asia Luxury Travel Market 2009.

Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure to adhere to this policy is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the event.

Anyone obtaining an ALTM visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will be asked to leave the event.

Anyone attending ALTM should carry some form of photo-ID, or other identification available to be viewed by the organisers.

No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend Asia Luxury Travel Market.

Visitors must not take part in any canvassing, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity that may disrupt the procedures of ALTM.

No advertising or sales staff will be permitted entrance into ALTM. No day passes will be available for the event.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Asia Luxury Travel Market and the Shanghai Exhibition Centre who does not comply with these policies or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.
