ALTM provides VIP Buyers and exhibitors the opportunity to take part in up to 60 one-to-one Pre-Scheduled Appointments across 3 days, with the option to confirm an additional 9 Online Diary appointments ALTM exhibitors will be given private access to the online profiles of the VIP Buyers; and all VIP Buyers will be given private access to the online profiles of ALTM's exhibitors. You'll then all be invited to select a wishlist of the 60 you'd most like to meet with. |

The Pre-Scheduled Appointment Process
Step 1 - Acquiring Information
At the same time exhibitors receive their password to access their personalised zone and register their company details. If their registration is successful the information provided is made available for VIP Buyers to view.
Step 2 – Selection Process
Exhibitors are asked to do the same and rank up to 60 VIP Buyers with whom they wish to meet and do business.
Step 3 – The Matching Process
- Mutual request by VIP Buyer and Exhibitor

- Exhibitors’ Preferences
VIP Buyers and exhibitors receive notification to view their diary of Pre-Scheduled Appointments online.
Step 4 - Online Diary Meeting Requests
Pre-Scheduled Appointments can be supplemented via the Online Diary. ALTM VIP Buyers and exhibitors can request meetings with one another by contacting each other directly. Meeting requests must be accepted or rejected accordingly.
