Exhibitor Qualification
| ALTM continues to assemble an unrivalled showcase of the world’s most sought after destinations, ultra-luxurious accommodation, elite transportation and unique travel experiences for Asia Pacific's most important luxury travel buyers. A by-invitation only event, and run like a private club, strict vetting criteria are in place for all VIP Buyers, exhibitors and media who attend ALTM. All exhibitors will undergo a strict qualification process to determine if they are leading luxury travel suppliers, before being approved for a set of appointments. This is solely at the discretion of the ALTM team and the final decision in any disputed cases will be made by the ALTM Exhibition Director. N.B. Before a Main Standholder books space for any Exhibiting Partners, the ALTM Team will vet and qualify them to ensure they meet with the strict criteria of the event. This is to avoid any Exhibiting Partners being rejected after space is booked for them. |

Some things to remember...
* Each specific company / property can only have one set of appointments in the show and a second set of appointments will not be permitted, even if it is on a different stand. Main stand holders are advised to ensure that their exhibiting partners are not exhibiting elsewhere in the show when booking space.
* Only one company is permitted per set of appointments, so two separate companies are not permitted to share a set of appointments.
* Only companies approved for a set of appointments will be permitted to bring their staff to ALTM. Badges cannot be ordered in the name of companies that are not exhibiting with a set of appointments.
